Job Summary: The Academic Counsellor is responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their educational journey. This role involves advising students on academic programs, helping them set and achieve academic goals, and assisting with course selection and career planning. The Vice-Principal assists Principal in directing the staff (Teaching and non-teaching) of the College in conducting teaching programmes. She assists Principal and Professor of Nursing in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating educational programmes. Offers counselling & guidance to faculty & students. Interprets Nursing education to other health related discipline & to the public. Arranges for Academic Council meeting and maintains the minutes. Administrative : Relieves principal in her absence or leave.

You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target. You shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location. You shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at educational institutes, schools, colleges etc. Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS. Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling. You shall make productive BA tie-ups. You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centers. Any other duties and responsibilities shall be as delegated to you from time to time by the All work related to administration and office management. Should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal Be tactful and articulate. Have strong leadership skill. Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems Be motivated and result driven. Be able to act quickly and decisively. Should have strong pleasing personality. Proven experience as an admission or career counsellor or any sales profile. Strong interpersonal skills. Should be well versed with English & local language.
