Building customer loyalty and gaining customer trust by solving their existing problems. Maintaining export orders and shipment process. To prepare cost sheet in Excel.. To assist in handling of customer complaints / feedback. To check all specification & description from purchase indent onwards before releasing PO To forecast the requirements and intimate to the production department on regular basis.
