• manage ophthalmic products sales and inquiries from assigned international sales territories.
• provide support to distributors in the assigned sales territory and work with distributors to generate new leads.
• work with existing clients on new products or changes to current products.
• expert understanding of the cost elements in export with respect to margins, landing costs.
• development of business through customer acquisition by means of various marketing strategies we set from time to time.
• maintained liaison with existing customer for leads
• work on customer retention process.
• participate in medical exhibitions held every year to collect direct data of relevant customers.
