1.Candidate must have Basic computer skills such as M s office, email marketing, internet searching, surfing, knowledge of digital marketing, social media like LinkedIn, facebook, whatsaap etc. 2.Candidate must have good knowledge of all export procedure and documentation work with necessary Certificates for export of Agriculture products. 3.Experience : Min. 3 years in Agriculture & food industry or Agro merchant exporters firm as a export marketing manager.

Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring the export marketingHelp coordinate the marketing head with the international and local trade shows happening around the yearEvaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor sales efficiency and analyse trendsPrepare presentations for various corporate business meetings.Provide administrative support to the marketing teamManage the orders via their analysis, capture and monitoring. Job Description:Responsible for planning & implementation of all transactions related to imports and exports of consignments.Co-ordinates clearing and forwarding of all imports & exports for the company Performs costing of all import shipments for goods in transit in the consignment data base. Liaises with Finance Department for opening LC, transfers, etc Authorizes the Freight forwarders to clear the goods in case of direct shipments.Co-ordinates for inspection and necessary survey in case shipments arrive in open/torn/wet/damaged condition.Attends inspection of damaged goods during transit at airport/seaport along with the Insurance company's representative.Obtains short lading certificate from Customs Authority. Files Insurance claims and follows up for payments/credit note with the insurance companyObtains all attested legal documents necessary for exports from Chamber of commerce and industry.Education: : Bachelors / Masters in Foreign Trade - Diploma in EXIM / Any Graduate with knowledge & experience of EXIM
