Job Title : MEPF Cost Engineer Responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The QS will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cost Estimation and Planning 2. Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. 3. Analyze architectural, HVAC, Electrical and PHEF drawings and specifications to develop accurate project costings. 4.
