Job Description - Project Supervisor (Infrastructure)

Experience: 5-10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / in Civil Engineering

Department: Project Execution

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily infrastructure and civil construction activities at the project site.

• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Manage manpower, machinery, materials, and subcontractors.

• Monitor site progress and achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

• Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, and work records.

• Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects.

• Knowledge of site execution, construction drawings, and quality control.

• Strong team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ready to relocate multiple sites or open for travelling
