We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.Support employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive work environment.Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations.Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Oversee and manage daily operations. Handle recruitment processes and candidate interactions. Ensure efficient workflow and resolve operational issues. Provide exceptional support to candidates Handle the requirement part Recruit candidates / Screening / align interviews Handle onboarding part along with account openings_________________________________________________________________________Freshers & experience from any educational background are welcome.
