We are seeking a dedicated Critical Care Physician to join our team in Batala Gurdaspur Punjab This role requires a compassionate and skilled professional to provide essential care to critically ill patients. As a Critical Care Physician, you will be responsible for the following:- **Patient Assessment**: Evaluate and monitor patients in critical conditions, using diagnostic tests and examinations to determine their medical needs.- **Treatment Plans**: Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- **Emergency Response**: Quickly respond to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions and stabilizing patients as needed.- **Patient Management**: Manage patients in intensive care units, making decisions regarding ventilatory support, medication, and other critical aspects of healthcare.

Assess patients that enter the emergency room immediately and oversee emergency patients recovery. Conduct follow-up visits to monitor the patients condition. Request the appropriate medical tests and based on them, follow a treatment plan. Develop effective patient care plans. Refer patients to the appropriate specialists. Ensure that patients are stable before transferring them to the proper department for further evaluation. Provide instructions for discharge and any relevant paperwork. Maintain the patients medical records. Coordinate with different ER departments to ensure patients receive the necessary treatment.
