You are expected to: Analyze broker behavior, market trends, and rates to identify profitable lanes Build long-term broker relationships, not just one-time transactions Use sales instinct and market knowledge to pitch BAL Express as a preferred carrier Understand how to navigate DAT filters: lane history, equipment type, broker score,and pricing Switch strategies quickly: DAT searching, cold calls, leveraging contacts, or directoutreach depending on market shifts Make decisions that optimize driver time, revenue, and fleet performanceRequired Qualifications 12+ years of proven dispatching experience in U.S. or Canadian trucking/logistics Strong load planning, negotiation, and broker communication skills Experience using DAT, load boards, TMS software, and broker portals Fluent in English (Punjabi is a plus) Skilled with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and professional email communication Calm under pressure, solution-driven, and highly organized Available full-time, with no other work commitments Night shift availability: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST (MonSat)
