Responsibilities:

Book loads through various load boards and brokers

Plan efficient driver routes and schedules

Coordinate pickups and deliveries

Communicate clearly with drivers and clients

Source and develop new leads to grow the business

Track shipments and ensure on-time performance

Requirements:

34 years of dispatching experience in trucking/logistics

Strong understanding of load boards and route planning

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Self-driven and organized
