As a Diploma Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and hands-on assistance in various stages of our operations, which may include production supervision, quality inspection, machine maintenance, or assisting in design and development. You will work closely with senior engineers and technicians to ensure efficient processes, adherence to quality standards, and smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for diploma holders eager to gain practical industry experience and grow their mechanical engineering expertise.ResponsibilitiesOperational Support:Assist in supervising daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and production targets.Monitor machine performance, identify minor faults, and support troubleshooting activities.Ensure proper utilization of tools, equipment, and raw materials.Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various tasks.Quality Control & Inspection:Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using various measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).Identify and report defects or non-conformities, assisting in initial root cause analysis.Ensure adherence to drawing specifications and quality standards.Maintenance Assistance (if applicable):Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.Support the assembly and installation of mechanical components or systems.Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.Documentation & Reporting:Accurately record production data, quality inspection results, and maintenance logs.Prepare basic reports on daily activities, production output, and identified issues.Maintain organized technical documents, drawings, and records.Safety & Compliance:Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).Technical Drawing & CAD (if applicable):Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.Assist in making minor modifications to existing drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks - basic level).Team Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, maintenance, and design departments.Actively participate in problem-solving discussions and improvement initiatives.

DiplomaMechanical3-5 Years of Exp. Should Have experience in breakdown maintenance,Preventive Maintenance of CNC machines- VMC, HMC,Honing machines, SPM machines, Grinding Machines. Should have hands-on experience of assembling anddismantling CNC machine assemblies like spindle, slides,ball screws, L.M guides, Hyd. Circuits. Should have skill of trouble shooting of problems relatedto CNC machines. Should have knowledge of Fanuc system. Can work under high production pressure environment. Should know basic maintenance systems like MTTBF,MTTR, Uptime, Why-Why analysis. Should have good knowledge of Hydraulic systems andpneumatic systems. Should know read the drawings. Should know the basics of 5S, Kaizen concepts.Should have good idea of Safety and safe workenvironment.
