This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Technical Support:** Provide assistance to end-users facing issues with their desktop and laptop systems, ensuring swift problem resolution.- **Hardware Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.- **Software Installation and Maintenance:** Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems, ensuring all systems are up to date and functional.- **User Account Management:** Manage and maintain user accounts, ensuring proper access levels and security measures are in place.- **Documentation:** Record all support activities and solutions in a ticketing system to maintain transparency and track recurring issues.- **Collaboration with IT Teams:** Work alongside network and system administrators to resolve complex issues and improve overall IT infrastructure.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate should have a strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
