Remote Support:Provide remote support to users working offsite or from home.Use remote desktop tools to diagnose and resolve issues without physical access.8. Customer Service:Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and to provide additional assistance if need.
