job details : desktop support engineer (field work)

salary range : 13k - 17k

qualification : degree/ diploma / iti

experience : 6 months - 1 year

day shift & 6 day's working

two wheeler must ( fuel allowances will be provided)

skills needed : os installation and trouble shooting

opening the desktop and replacing the parts

good communication skills

location : madhavaram ,chennai.

roles & responsibilities :

* provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

* troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

* install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications

* (windows, macos, linux, etc.).

* assist employees with it-related problems via phone, email, or in-person.

* provide guidance on using software applications and it equipment.

* train users on new software and system updates.
