End-User Support - Desktop / Laptop / Printers Support

Install desktop / Laptop OS, mail Client, applications such as MS Office Adobe Acrobat, WinZip, WinRar, as per Customers software deployment policy, and add or remove accessories, peripherals lick Printer DMP, scanner,

Maintain inventory of spares at CUSTOMER Locations. Spares to be used or issued on a need basis after approval from the concerned CUSTOMER

Configuration of printers, scanners, etc.

Configuration of internet settings and proxy settings

Configuration of mail clients and troubleshooting mail client related issues

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop OS issues

Troubleshooting printer/scanner related issues at users desktop/laptop and reporting hardware issues to vendors
