Supervise and coordinate with shop floor teams to ensure timely completion ofproduction targets. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols duringfabrication and assembly processes. Coordinate with the design and planning team for drawing clarifications andmodifications. Maintain and optimize equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency. Track material consumption and communicate with the procurement team toensure timely availability of raw materials. Prepare and maintain daily production reports, job cards, and status updates. Assist in testing, inspection, and installation of tanks/silos at client sites as needed. Liaise with the QC team to resolve any quality-related issues during or postproduction. Support new product development trials and provide technical feedback. Ensure all work complies with company standards, statutory regulations, and clientspecifications.4. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: B. Tech Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 - 5 years in water storage, tanks/silos, fabrication industry or similar inrole. Certifications in Auto CAD & SOLID Works or hands on experience. Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and externalstakeholders, including vendors and clients, regarding production updates andtechnical specifications. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, quality,procurement, and site execution to ensure smooth workflow and successful projectdelivery. Demonstrate excellent team collaboration by facilitating communication betweenshop floor workers, engineers, and management to align on production priorities. Encourage and maintain a safe and compliant working environment in line withcompany policy and legal requirements.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing mechanical systems and processes. Your key responsibilities will include conducting research, analyzing data, developing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and reliability of mechanical systems. You will be expected to possess strong technical skills in areas such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science. Proficiency in CAD software and experience in designing mechanical components will be essential. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are also important in this role.The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role and possess at least a 12th Pass education. Technical Expertise:o Utilize advanced knowledge of interior design principles, materials,construction techniques, and building codes to ensure designs are technicallyfeasible and compliant.o Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents usingsoftware such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Cost Estimation and Budget Management:o Conduct thorough cost analysis and prepare detailed budget proposals forinterior design projects, including materials, furnishings, and labor costs.o Monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints andrecommend cost-effective alternatives when necessary. Vendor Management and Procurement:o Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors toprocure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) within specifiedtimelines and budget limits.o Coordinate procurement activities and oversee delivery, installation, andquality assurance processes to meet project milestones. Project Coordination and Management:o Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion,ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.o Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings to monitorprogress, resolve technical issues, and maintain project momentum. Client Relationship and Communication:o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining opencommunication and providing regular updates on project status, milestones,and deliverables.
