o collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to understand
design objectives, functional requirements, and budget parameters.
o develop creative and practical design concepts that align with the client��s
brand identity, aesthetic preferences, and operational needs in hospitality
environments.
technical expertise:
o utilize advanced knowledge of interior design principles, materials,
construction techniques, and building codes to ensure designs are technically
feasible and compliant.
o create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using
software such as autocad, revit, or similar tools.
cost estimation and budget management:
o conduct thorough cost analysis and prepare detailed budget proposals for
interior design projects, including materials, furnishings, and labor costs.
o monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and
recommend cost-effective alternatives when necessary.
vendor management and procurement:
o source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to
procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (ff&e) within specified
timelines and budget limits.
o coordinate procurement activities and oversee delivery, installation, and
quality assurance processes to meet project milestones.
project coordination and management:
o manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion,
ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
o conduct site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings to monitor
progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain project momentum.
client relationship and communication:
o act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open
communication and providing regular updates on project status, milestones,
and deliverables.
