Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary. Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and tracking. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment. Communicate and Update technical or product-related problems with respective department. Maintain detailed customer interaction records and generate reports on customer feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role.
