about the role

votiko solutions is expanding its international bpo team and is looking for experienced call center executives to join us. this is a stable work from home job for candidates who have prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or international bpo processes. the role is also open to 12th pass work from home candidates with the right background in telecalling or bpo.

key responsibilities

handle outbound and inbound calls for international clients.

work on telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and surveys.

provide customer support through phone, email, and chat.

achieve performance targets while working independently from home.

eligibility criteria

minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center or bpo.

excellent english communication skills (spoken and written).

candidates below 40 years of age are preferred.

must have a personal laptop/desktop and a reliable broadband connection.

open to 12th pass candidates with proven bpo or telecalling experience.
