We focus on innovation, precision, and customer satisfaction.Position: Costing EngineerDepartment: Engineering / EstimationReports To: Head of Operations / Project ManagerKey Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical panel manufacturing and assemblies Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and quantify components needed for production Analyze material, labour, overhead and vendor prices to determine optimum costing Coordinate with procurement, design and production teams to finalize cost inputs Review vendor quotations and negotiate competitive pricing Maintain costing database & update rate changes for materials and processes Ensure cost targets and profitability margins are met for projects Provide costing support during tendering, client quotation and proposal stages Assist in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiativesQualifications & Skills: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 18 years of experience (Panel manufacturing costing preferred) Freshers with strong academic records may be considered Strong understanding of electrical components, schematics & panel architecture Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) Good analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Knowledge of material standards, industrial rates & vendor pricing advantagePreferred Experience: Experience with control panel manufacturing costing Exposure to BOM preparation Familiarity with ERP / inventory systems Understanding of electrical design & load calculation

The Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, materials, labor, and time requirements. The role supports bidding, budgeting, and project planning to ensure profitability and competitive pricing.

Job Description:1. Knowledge of GeM Portal and CPPP portal.2. Lead for assigned projects in the engineering with team members3. Provide technical guidance to the task force members4. Coordinate among project team members on technical matters5. Trouble-shoot and resolve site problems pertaining to project execution.6. Responsible for Prepare & Reviews of Design Calculations, Data Sheets, MDS, BOM , Costing , Technical Delivery Conditions (TDC), As-Built Drawings. Responsible for review & approval of all Consultant / Vendor Documents / Design Deliverables.7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.8. Basic knowledge of Quality terms like QAP/ITP review, NDE, PMI,WPS-PQR Procedures, Also able to check Test certificates in an efficient manner.
