We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Walls Asia Architects And Engineers.Key Responsibilities:Price and forecast the cost of different materials needed for the projectManage finances for construction projects - houses, high-rises, bridges, or tunnelsWork to keep the project on time and within budgetEnsure construction costs and production are managed efficientlyIdentify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risksTrack changes to design and/or construction work, adjusting budget projections accordinglyPrepare and analyze costing for tendersAnalyze outcomes and write detailed progress reportsAssist in establishing client requirementsRequirements:Creative and innovative approach to problem-solvingStrong numeracy and financial management skillsAbility to learn sophisticated design and costing software packagesMinimum 1 year experience in civil engineering (preferred)Fluent in English (required)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentBenefits: Health InsuranceWork Location: In-person
