Collaboration and CommunicationExperience: 1. Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role within the construction industry. 2. Experience with construction project management and cost control. Technical Skills: 1. Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, MS Excel). 2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proven experience in project execution and site management for industrial/commercial infrastructureHands-on experience in quality control and material inspection, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.Strong knowledge of construction management, project scheduling, and resource allocationExpertise in contractor/vendor coordination and workforce managementFamiliarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and statutory complianceAbility to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specsProficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCADStrong leadership and team-handling skillsReporting and documentation skills Daily Progress Reports, material reconciliation, etc.Experience in budget adherence and cost control at the site levelPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical EngineeringPMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
