As the Legal Corporate Lawyer at Matriye Academy EdTech, you will be responsible for handling various legal aspects of the company's operations. This includes providing expert legal advice, drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting corporate transactions.

Job Description:Represent the company in legal proceedings.Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.Design and oversee the companys policy and position on legal matters.Evaluate new business partnerships with investors, vendors and subcontractors.Protect the company against legal risks and violations.Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.Requirements:Bachelors degree in law.Licensed to practice law.A minimum of 7 years experience as a corporate lawyer.Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.Outstanding negotiation skills.
