Job Description - Momo Cook / ChefPosition: Momo Cook / Chef Department: Food & Beverage / Kitchen Employment Type: Full-Time ### Job Responsibilities- Prepare different varieties of momos, including steamed, fried, and specialty momos.- Prepare fillings, dough, sauces, chutneys, and other required ingredients.- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.- Follow standard recipes and maintain food quality standards.- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking area.- Manage food ingredients and minimize wastage.- Maintain proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.### Requirements- Previous experience as a Momo Cook/Chef preferred.- Good knowledge of momo preparation and varieties.- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices.- Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.- Ability to work as part of a team.### Salary & Benefits- Salary: As per experience and skills- Food & Accommodation: As per company policy- Location: As per requirementPreferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in restaurants, cafs, food outlets, or cloud kitchens will be preferred.
