Overseeing technical content such as PPTs, Lab exercises, Project structures, Reading materials, e-learning videos, social media communications, content, and e-learning plans. Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas, e-learning needs, technologies, teaching techniques, e-learning content development methods. Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends, technologies, and markets. Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars Collaborating with content management teams, creative teams, and content creators to implement the strategy Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed Developing editorial, learning, and training strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms Conducting periodic content audits, tracking, and calculating content ROI Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectivesQualifications- Bachelors degree in marketing, English, journalism, or related field.Skills: Excellent E-Learning course strategizing skills: Strategizing the approach to develop, design, and deliver the course to the end audience.
