Maintaining a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates.

Overseeing technical content such as PPTs, Lab exercises, Project structures, Reading materials, e-learning videos, social media communications, content, and e-learning plans.

Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas, e-learning needs, technologies, teaching techniques, e-learning content development methods.

Performing extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends, technologies, and markets.

Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars

Collaborating with content management teams, creative teams, and content creators to implement the strategy

Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed

Developing editorial, learning, and training strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms

Conducting periodic content audits, tracking, and calculating content ROI

Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives

Qualifications- Bachelors degree in marketing, English, journalism, or related field.

Skills:

Excellent E-Learning course strategizing skills: Strategizing the approach to develop, design, and deliver the course to the end audience. You should be able to perform detailed research and structure your product with the best traits gathered from different sources.

Great research skills: you need to be a good observer, researcher, and executor to analyze other products, gain inspiration and develop better course plans, curriculums, structures and lead the content team to develop solutions.
