Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and be male.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Set Up CNC Machines:** Prepare and configure CNC machines for production, ensuring they are ready for operation.- **Operate CNC Equipment:** Monitor and control the CNC machines during production, ensuring accuracy and quality of the finished products.- **Read Technical Drawings:** Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications for manufacturing parts.- **Conduct Quality Checks:** Regularly inspect products using measuring tools to confirm they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.- **Perform Maintenance:** Carry out routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.- **Document Production Data:** Maintain accurate records of production counts, machine settings, and any issues encountered during operations.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a good understanding of CNC machine operation and be detail-oriented. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations are essential. A keen eye for quality is important, as is the ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. Ability to operate CNC machine, should able to make 4 jaw chuck true manually, Basic programming knowledge, Provide machining, and product life-cycle support in a classified environment, Proven experience as CNC operator, As a CNC Operator, responsibilities will include managing the production operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring quality control and meeting production targets. Monitor weekly shop loads, direct labor hours, downtime, efficiencies and ensure all measurement is within plan.Constantly review the tooling management and seek opportunities for improvement.He takes care for the control of all jobs related drawings/data from customer to be used in manufacture and servicing.Tooling & Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures, and ensure proper machine setup for each production run.Quality Control: Monitor machining processes, perform in-process inspections, and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet quality standardsPerform routine maintenance on the tools & machine, including cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs.Ability to work overtime as needed.
