Ability to operate CNC machine,

should able to make 4 jaw chuck true manually,

Basic programming knowledge, Provide machining, and product life-cycle support in a classified environment,

Proven experience as CNC operator,

As a CNC Operator, responsibilities will include managing the production operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring quality control and meeting production targets.

Monitor weekly shop loads, direct labor hours, downtime, efficiencies and ensure all measurement is within plan.

Constantly review the tooling management and seek opportunities for improvement.

He takes care for the control of all jobs related drawings/data from customer to be used in manufacture and servicing.

Tooling & Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures, and ensure proper machine setup for each production run.

Quality Control: Monitor machining processes, perform in-process inspections, and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet quality standards

Perform routine maintenance on the tools & machine, including cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs.

Ability to work overtime as needed.
