Openings For CNC Operator || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator who will work full-time at our facility in MIDC Rabale. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience. Applicants should have completed at least the 10th grade and be male.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Set Up CNC Machines:** Prepare and configure CNC machines for production, ensuring they are ready for operation.

- **Operate CNC Equipment:** Monitor and control the CNC machines during production, ensuring accuracy and quality of the finished products.

- **Read Technical Drawings:** Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications for manufacturing parts.

- **Conduct Quality Checks:** Regularly inspect products using measuring tools to confirm they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.

- **Perform Maintenance:** Carry out routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

- **Document Production Data:** Maintain accurate records of production counts, machine settings, and any issues encountered during operations.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a good understanding of CNC machine operation and be detail-oriented. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations are essential. A keen eye for quality is important, as is the ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills will be beneficial for addressing any issues that may arise during the machining process. Effective communication skills will help in collaborating with team members and supervisors.
