As a CNC VMC Setter, your role will be vital in the production process, ensuring that machine operations run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Setup and Calibration: You will set up CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) according to specifications, ensuring that all machines are calibrated properly for precise operations.- Tool Selection: Choosing the appropriate tools and fixtures for each project is necessary to ensure high-quality output and minimal errors during machining.- Operation Monitoring: You will monitor machine operations closely to detect any abnormalities or issues that may arise during the machining process, allowing for quick troubleshooting.- Quality Control: Regularly inspecting machined parts for accuracy and adherence to specifications will be part of your duties, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working order and report any significant issues to management will help prevent downtime.- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of production data, including machine settings and maintenance logs, is essential for operational efficiency.Required Skills and Expectations:You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC VMC setting.
