Urgent Requirement For CNC Operator

We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 5 years of experience and a minimum education level of 10th pass. This full-time role requires working in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC Machines: The operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

- Read Technical Drawings: Understanding blueprints and technical drawings is crucial to ensure that parts meet the required dimensions and tolerances.

- Set Up Machines: The CNC Operator will set up machines by installing tools, adjusting settings, and preparing the necessary materials for production.

- Monitor Production Process: Regularly check for quality and accuracy throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet company standards.

- Maintain Equipment: Routine cleaning and maintenance of machines to keep them in good working order and to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in operating CNC machines is necessary.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output and adherence to specifications.

- Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot basic machine issues as they arise.

- Willingness to work full-time hours and be present in the office.

- Physical fitness and manual dexterity, as the job may require standing for long periods and handling heavy materials.
