Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or multi-axis machines)
Load raw materials and secure workpieces in fixtures
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions
Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Identify and report machine faults, defects, or tool wear
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean
Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator (preferred)
Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code) is an advantage
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality control processes
Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work shifts or overtime if required
