Freshers For CNC Operator - Coimbatore

We are looking for a CNC Operator to work in our Coimbatore facility. This role is suitable for both fresh graduates and those with up to six years of experience. The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Setup**: Prepare CNC machines by installing and aligning tools, workpieces, and fixtures to ensure efficient operation and precise output.

- **Operating CNC Machines**: Run CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards during the machining process.

- **Quality Control**: Monitor the machining process and perform regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications. Adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality.

- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning and lubricating, to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with supervisors and team members to discuss production schedules and any issues that may arise during the machining process.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade and must be male, as per company policy. A strong attention to detail, the ability to read engineering drawings, and basic math skills are essential. It is important to have good communication skills and a readiness to work in a team environment. Basic problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety procedures are also expected. Experience in operating CNC machines is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidates.
