We are currently looking for a Career Counselor to join our team and support students in shaping their academic futures.Position Overview:As a Career Counselor at Grand Royal Vistara, you will be responsible for guiding students in selecting the right colleges and universities based on their academic goals, interests, and career aspirations. You will offer expert advice on available educational programs, assist students with admission processes, and provide insights into potential career opportunities in their chosen fields of study. You will be a trusted advisor to help students make informed decisions that lead to academic success and a promising future.Key Responsibilities:Guide students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on their academic profile, interests, and career goals.Provide personalized counseling sessions to understand students aspirations, strengths, and preferences.Assist students in completing application processes for top colleges and universities in India and abroad.Keep students informed about admission deadlines, eligibility criteria, and other requirements for different institutions.Advise students on career options related to the courses they are interested in and provide information on job prospects, growth opportunities, and industry trends.Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to help students make informed decisions

Deal with students counselling and admissions. Work from home. Call leaners, job seekers and working professionals. Explain about Company and courses provided by us. We need passionate employees only. Malayalam fluency. Commission and incentives.

You will start your career at AVODHA as an individual contributor working in a team to introduce and showcase the unique way in which AVODHA helps students learn better making them industry suitable. You will also be responsible for mentoring these students and will play a role in their learning journey. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents across the country about one of Indias leading upskill platform and how it helps students learn not just for exams, but way beyond.This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment . Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and help them enhance their specific skills. 1) Career Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone and in-Person (if required), during the admission process, Entitled for Telephonic Counselling, Video Counselling if required.2) Helping students to choose the right course.3) Managing complete admission process4) Regular follow up with leads5) Converting students and enquiries to admissions6) Regular activities to convert negative leads into positive leads.7) Willingness to work in extra time if required8) Dedicated to work and create your own targets.9) Candidate will be responsible for calling and handling students10) Candidate must possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills11) Excellent Communication in Malayalam and English.12) Reporting the issues faced by the students to the managers.13) candidates must be available for all meetings conducted by team managers, ABM, AGM on time.14) proper feedbacks and reporting is a must.15) should be active in the WhatsApp group and response in the group is a must.16) Need to visit the colleges if required.17) WFH.
