1- Formulate plan of execution for onboarding new academic courses and Mentors for respective training Modules.2- Create a plan for achievement of the objectives and share the plan of action with the reporting Manager.3- Discuss the Plan of action with the team members and ensure proper execution.4- Plan and Execute various strategies for business expansion in terms of collaboration with colleges and companies for all the opportunities related to the company.5- Taking daily mentoring sessions with the team (individual meetings as well as combined team meetings).6- Communicate with teams about their objectives and monitor their work on regular basis.7- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.8- Monitoring team performance by preparing an EOD reporting sheet which has to be shared with Reporting Manager every day. 9- Create Plan for social media marketing and communicate to social media manager and digital marketing team for implementation.10- Market Research and create Business Strategies for Business development which will further be followed by the team.
