The Business Head for the Marble Retail and Mining Business will lead all operations and strategic planning for both our premium marble retail business and our marble mining operations. This unique role requires expertise in both luxury retail and mining management,ensuring the seamless supply of high-quality marble from extraction to retail sales. The candidate will oversee mining operations, including extraction, production, and quality control, while also managing retail sales, customer engagement, and business growth. This role demands a leaderwho can integrate production efficiency, quality control, and luxury customer experience to position our marble as a top choice for high-end clients .Educational Background ------- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree in business or industrial minerals is a plus .Experience --------- 10 years in senior leadership, ideally with a combination of mining and retail management experience. Proven expertise in managing high-value products and handling luxury sales.
