Hiring for own office, Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Must have good Negotiation Skills, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. Managing and maintaining the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS). Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Handling candidate negotiations, offer letters, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Keeping up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and best practices.
