• managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions & good convincing skills.

• hiring for own office, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

• must have good negotiation skills, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.

• coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.

• managing and maintaining the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ats).

• collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• handling candidate negotiations, offer letters, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

• ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• keeping up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and best practices.
