Bandhan-Konnagar is actively engaged in the field of education, health, livelihood promotion, enterprise development, employment generation and the like.Targeting the Hard Core Poor (THP) program is designed to uplift socio economic development of women headed ultra-poor families in rural areas. The organization is implementing the project in twelve states of India with assistance from several corporate and Governmental organization. Bandhan is looking for hard working candidates for Targeting the Hard Core Poor (THP) Project at Udham Singh Nagar District, Uttarakhand in different position. It is a residential job. Candidates needs to spent long hours at field. www.bandhan.orgA. Team Leaders (TL) - THP : 15.Responsibilities:Responsible for overall branch operations and project implementation in assigned area.Lead a team of 4 to 5 members.Selection of beneficiaries based on programme criteria. Conducting enterprise development training with beneficiaries. Follow up of enterprises of beneficiaries and plan accordingly to develop.Allocate and monitor staff duties and responsibilities. Maintain branch documentation manually and in computer.Communication liaison with local governments, banks, village level committees etc.Take necessary measures of internal audit findings.Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or equivalent degree with at least 2 to 3 years of working experiences in any NGO/Social sector. Other field level experience and diversifying candidates can be considered.Essential Requirements : Candidate should be hard working and honest. He/she must possess leadership and communication skills.Age group : 23-40 years.
