Controlling, setting & reviewing office functions

Responding to customer enquiries and complaints

Organizing & coordinating local & overseas marketing advertising through different media, such as newspaper, radio station, & web etc.

Researching potential marketing demand & marketing survey to identify international & domestic education market opportunities & set up, implement & facilitate annual marketing plan

Coordinate with education contractors/consultants

Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures

Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision

Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards

Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
