HR Activities for Brancho Monthly training programs for staffs (Product related/ Communication Skills/Day-to-dayOperations/Risk Management & Compliance) for improving caliber.o Organizing staff happiness activities like quiz, games, etc for motivating branch staff.o Communicating to employees about the important matters concerning the Company andits Policies.o Maintaining discipline in the Branch and ensuring compliance.o Attend to employee grievances and maintain team spirit and camaraderie in the Branch.
