Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Operation Theatre Technician to assist in the smooth functioning of the operation theatre. The primary responsibility of the Operation Theatre Technician is to assist the surgical team in preparing the operation theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment before surgery. Working for Exclusive equipment product promotion and frequent dealer and customer visits toenhance the market.2. Perform the product demonstration, Installation and application support as well as sales follows up withregional wise BDEs.3. Working with regional wise BDEs for the product launch by understanding the market needs, potentialand the competitors product4. Attending the regional wise National conference for product launching and shows for the market.5. Reaching(and if possible exceeding) monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets6. Ensuring the product installation and customer satisfaction at every time, Build relationship with thedealer and customer7. Providing product sales, troubleshooting and maintenance training to the dealer staff members andbasic troubleshooting and maintenance training to the product user.8. Keeping detailed records of all the customer contacts, product sales and service history.9. Working with division to ensure the ease of product usage and to identify the user challenges, if any10. Communicating with division to get the solution for the product complaints from the customer andidentifying the product failure for better quality improvement.11. Constantly monitoring the sales stock and service spare parts inventoryRequirements:- Diploma/Degree Biomedical.- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving- Good team-work skills and interpersonal skills- Should be sincere, honest and hardworking

Responsibilities:1. Dispensing medications accurately and safely to patients based on prescriptions from doctors2. Providing medication counseling to patients regarding proper usage and possible side effects3. Monitoring patient medication profiles to ensure safe and effective therapy4. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care5. Compounding medications as needed6. Maintaining proper inventory of medications and supplies7. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for pharmacy operations8. Providing excellent customer service to patients.

Maintains a working knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-10-CM, and ICD-10-PCS coding principles, governmental regulations, UHDDS (Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set) guidelines, AHA coding clinic updates, and third-party requirements regarding coding and documentation guidelinesKnowledge of Physician query process and ability to write physician queries in compliance with OIG and UHDDS regulationsKnowledge of MS-DRG (Medicare Severity Diagnosis Related Groups), MDC (Major Diagnostic Categories), AP-DRG (All Patient DRGs), APR-DRG (All Patient Refined DRGs) with hands-on experience in handling MS-DRGKnowledge of CC (complication or comorbidity) and MCC (major complication or comorbidity) when used as a secondary diagnosisUnderstanding and exposure to Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) program to work in tandem with MS-DRGHands-on experience in any of the Encoder tools specific to Hospital coding, such as 3M, Trucode, etc., is preferred.The coders assigned on the project would be reviewing Inpatient and observation medical records, determine and assign accurate diagnosis (ICD-10-CM) codes and Procedure codes (ICD-10-PCS and/or CPT) codes with appropriate modifiers in addition to reporting any deviations promptly.Contact:HR lavanya9566157632
