The Bank Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bank branch, including managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing risk management strategies. The Bank Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to promote the bank's products and services to customers. In addition, the Bank Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations and fostering a positive work environment through staff development and training programs.Key Responsibilities:1. Manage and supervise bank branch operations, including customer service, sales.

Introduce ideas and concepts as per the syllabus Goal Setting, Evaluative sessions, Lesson plans execution (self-directed, group directed, trainer directed) Support collaborative relationship with project team Support the project team by coordinating with project activities and executions. Review written material of training participants. Maintain a batch file for different Batches. Review monthly Evaluation Sheets and progress in personality of trainees. Evaluate the candidates on the basis of trainee monthly performance report. Create activities that allow for the active participation of everyone in the group Seek written feedback from training participants Be updated and briefed about the training of fellow trainers. Modify training approach and then observe the effects of the change.
