Job Description

- introduce ideas and concepts as per the syllabus

- goal setting, evaluative sessions, lesson plans execution (self-directed, group directed, trainer directed)

- support collaborative relationship with project team

- support the project team by coordinating with project activities and executions.

- review written material of training participants.

- maintain a batch file for different batches.

- review monthly evaluation sheets and progress in personality of trainees.

- evaluate the candidates on the basis of traineeâ??s monthly performance report.

- create activities that allow for the active participation of everyone in the group

- seek written feedback from training participants

- be updated and briefed about the training of fellow trainers.

- modify training approach and then observe the effects of the change.
