The ideal candidates will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and networking.Client Consultation: Conduct site assessments to understand clients' energy requirements and provide tailored solar solutions.Sales Presentations: Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and environmental impact.Negotiation & Closing: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives related to solar energy.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM software. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.Experience: 13 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Other Requirements:Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
