Their responsibilities may include: Welcoming passengers: Greeting passengers when they arrive and making them feel welcome Assisting with check-in: Helping passengers with check-in procedures and security checks Providing information: Giving passengers information about flight schedules, gate changes, baggage claim, and other airport services Escorting passengers: Escorting passengers to the boarding gate and helping them with baggage clearance Helping with transportation: Assisting guests with transportation and directing them to transport facilities Providing other services: Pushing wheelchairs, answering questions, and creating a memorable experience for guests

They monitor surveillance camera footage and check vehicles and passenger baggage or cargo for weapons and other dangerous items. They also conduct security checks and inspect passenger and employee identification cards. When there are emergencies in the airport, they are responsible for responding quickly and resolving the situation.
