Position Overview:We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. The successful candidates will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to ground operations, including aircraft handling, passenger assistance, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations on the ground.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to passengers and airline personnel.Assist with aircraft arrival and departure procedures, including marshalling, aircraft towing, and positioning.Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft and baggage sorting.Perform safety checks on equipment and vehicles used in ground operations.Coordinate with airline representatives and other ground staff to ensure timely and efficient operations.Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking aircraft, including providing wheelchair assistance when required.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the terminal and gate areas.Adhere to all safety and security regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Respond to emergencies and incidents as directed by supervisory personnel.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
