Roles and Responsibilities-Role Definition: Providing support to branch profitability by the acquisition of CASAKey Responsibilities-1. Ensure quality new acquisition of Govt. Salary Accounts.2. These accounts would have to be seeded with Treasury for direct salary credit.3. Accounts need to be active with at least one salary credit within first 3 months of opening.4. Cross sell of Assets and Credit Cards from these customers.5. Ensure quality customer service is delivered.6. Meet productivity norms defined through support of channels and own efforts.7. Lead generation of customers wherever possible.8. Generating leads for other products and passing the same to the branch for follow up
