Typical EligibilityQualification: Graduate in any discipline.Freshers: Can be eligible for certain Axis Bank entry-level programs.Skills: Good communication, customer handling, basic banking knowledge and sales orientation.For Axis Bank's Sales Academy, the current stated criteria include graduation with at least 50%, age 21-28, and for that specific program a driving licence and two-wheeler access.
