Coordinating with vendors and making payment to themc. Making vendor payment reconciliationd. Well verse with TDS provisions (to be deducted on accounts payable)e. GST reconciliation and coordinating with them for correctionAccounts Receivables: -a. Billing to parties via company softwareb. Follow-up for generating invoicesc. Weekly Debtors Ledger Scrutiny, payment Reminders via call and email and confirmation.d. TDS reconciliation in tally, software and 26ASe. Confirmation of GST credit to partiesBanking: -a. Daily bank reconciliation and Monthly Bank statement reconciliation.b. Fund Managementc. Handling Banking operationMIS: -a. Monthly Invoice Report Preparationb. We are Looking for Accounts Executive. Candidate Having Good Knowledge of Accounting, Book-keeping, Gst Returns and Tds Returns

Requirement: Handling Day-to-Day AccountingMaintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash book, and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.Preparing creditors/ debtors reconciliation statements.Knowledge of GST & TDS working. End-to-end Expense and Cash Management.Banking: Bank Transaction reconciliation; FEX Management.Banking Transactions: Import/Export Payments of Services; Documentation (Form CA filing).Generating the necessary MIS reports on excel. Co-ordination with bank authorities for day-to-day queriesProfessional Knowledge in Excel & Tally is a must.
